You can tell the owner really cares about the customer experience by how immaculate the shop is kept. The ventilation is great, so there’s no heavy chemical smell while you get pampered. My technician was a total perfectionist and it really shows in the final result. Five stars for sure!
This newly built studio is a masterpiece of organization and style. Every tool is sterilized and the workspaces are kept remarkably tidy between clients. The shaping on my nails is perfectly symmetrical and the color is so vibrant. It’s a top-tier business with a very talented crew.
very very VERY poor. do not recommend. I’m disappointed with my experience at this salon, especially given the prices they charge. The space itself did not feel particularly clean, and the setup is very basic, which already sets expectations. Unfortunately, the service did not justify the cost either. From the beginning, the technician repeatedly tried to convince me not to choose a regular pedicure, insisting that it “dries too long,” despite me clearly stating my preference. My choice and needs were consistently disregarded in favor of what seemed easier for the technician, rather than what I requested. When the service was completed, the quality of the work was poor. The nail polish was applied unevenly, with visible lines and gaps. When I asked for it to be fixed, instead of correcting the application properly, a thick additional layer of polish was added. While this covered some gaps, it resulted in nails that looked uneven, lumpy, bubbly, and did not dry properly. At the end, when I pointed out the poor result, I was told again that I should have chosen shellac because it dries faster. This reinforced the feeling that the focus was on the salon’s convenience, not on delivering the service I asked and paid for. For a place with such basic facilities and relatively high prices, the quality of work and respect for customer preference were unacceptable. I would not consider this good value for money. _______ update: on a day 5 polish started flaking off.. day 7- half is gone. for comparison, my usual life time of a nail polish on my toes- min 3 weeks
